This site describes what Cynthia's Consulting does and gives you a way to get in touch. That is the whole of it.
It is published by Cynthia's Consulting, Inc., an incorporated business operating from Murfreesboro, Tennessee since 2006.
Nothing here creates a working relationship between us. That starts when we have spoken, agreed what I am doing for you, and put it in writing.
Sending the form does not commit you to anything either. It reaches me, I read it, and I reply.
What you read on this site is written to be useful and honest, and it is general. It is not advice about your particular business, your books, your filings or your employees, because I do not know your situation until we talk.
Please do not act on something here as though it were advice for you specifically. Ask me, and I will tell you how it applies to you.
I keep this site accurate and current. If something on it is wrong or out of date, tell me and I will fix it.
I cannot promise the site is available every minute or free of every error, and I am not responsible for a loss that comes from relying on the general information here rather than asking me. Nothing in this paragraph limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where this site links somewhere else, that place is run by somebody else and I do not control what it says or does. Following one of those links is your own call.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Tennessee, and anything that has to be settled in court would be settled in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
