What I do with what you send.
Short version: it comes to me, I answer you, and I do not sell it or hand it to anybody else.
What I collect
If you fill in the form on this site, I receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you chose to give it, and whatever you wrote in the message.
That is all of it. Nothing is collected from you unless you type it in and press send.
Why I have it
So that I can answer you. If we end up working together I keep it as part of my ordinary business records, the same way I would keep a phone message or a letter.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered to my inbox by an email provider, and my website is hosted by a hosting company. Those two companies handle the message in transit because that is how email and websites work. Beyond that, nobody. I do not sell your information, I do not trade it, and I do not add you to anything you did not ask for.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you around the internet. If I ever add basic visitor statistics, it will be the kind that counts pages rather than people.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept while they are still useful and then deleted. Records for clients are kept as long as the law requires me to keep business records.
Asking me to delete it
Write to me at cwindrow@cynthiasconsulting.com or call (629) 201-1817 and ask. I will delete what I am not legally required to keep, and I will tell you if something has to stay and why.
Children
This is a service for business owners. It is not aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.

I will update this page. It is the only place this policy lives, so what you read here is what applies.
